Hey all, I've tried selling it before and *had* to get a certain amount because we owed on it.
It's free and clear and I'm ready to wheel and deal.
My buddy "Craig" has a "list" where it is for sale. I'd like $6,500 which is WELL below market value.
The bad: It has a small tear in the top where the awning came off while driving in a storm. McClain's RV in Denton said it would be $900 to repair, an independent guy said $400.
If you are handy with tools, fiberglass patch, it would be cheaper to do yourself.
So, here is what I have posted on craig's list: $6,500.00

The Bad: It has a small tear in the top from when the awning came off while driving down the highway. McClain's RV quoted $900 to repair it. An independent repair facility advised it would be $450 to repair it. Right now it is securely tarped and I wish to sell as-is. It books at $13,5 at www.nada.com and low retain is $8,7.
My loss is your gain. Reasonable offers will be considered, but I believe it is priced VERY well.
