Default What Brand Oil Filter Do You Use?

I have used several over the past two years (Mopar, Mobil 1, K &N) and am not happy with any of them. What are you using and why?

Why are you not happy with them? As a temp use part on a non performance engine, what are you expecting?

When I start the Jeep it taps a little. Does it the worst with K & N. Almost nothing with Mopar

Hey, where is the generic stuff from walmart on your list of fancy oils? I use what ever screaming lizard puts in it. Any ideas? I have never worried about it. My jeep runs like a RAPPED APE HIGH ON METH!!!

I couldn't figure out how to vote until I realized I had been booted again. Signed back in and voted. Hey Ducati add another category for 9Lives - Cheap Stuff Actually, I do the same as 9Lives but, I have to believe SLC uses Mopar.

Hard for me to vote when I don't know. At 22k miles, I've had 3 oil changes...2 at different dealerships and one at kwik lube or some place like that. I go where I have a coupon.

I do my own oil changes and it is hard to beat a Wix filter.

I just bought my Jeep a couple of weeks ago, so haven't had the oil changed yet. I plan to have it changed at my local Firestone (instead of taking it to a Jeep dealer). Any issues with that? I have no idea what filter they will use.
